Supervisors and agents are unable to view Agent Schedules in Webstation >> Schedule Viewer. Shows "No data available".

Supervisors and agents are unable to view Agent Schedules in webstation >> Schedule Viewer. It says "No data available".




Below are some major possibilities because of which Schedules are not visible in webstation:
  1. Verify if "Active Forecast" is available for the selected date range.
  2. Verify if the Schedules has been generated and visible in "Schedule Management" for the selected date range and MU.
  3. Verify if the "Entity permissions" are set for user/role.
    1. To verify entity level permissions
      1. Login to WFM Desktop Application
      2. Go to Users and Permissions >> Entity Permissions
  4. Verify if the "ScheduleViewer release date" is set or NOT.
    1. To verify if the schedules has been released or NOT:
      1. Login to WFM Desktop Application
      2. Go to Administrator >> Entities >> Management Units >> Additional Settings >> General >> ScheduleViewer release date
